Spencer Air was founded in 1960 by Harry Spencer, a WWII veteran who co-piloted a B-17 bomber and survived 89 days stranded on the Greenland ice cap before rescue. He received the Legion of Merit in 1943 — one of the highest non-combat honors in the armed services.
That same resolve to never quit — that mission to keep people comfortable against all odds — is in our DNA today.

David Cummons was outstanding. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly inspect our HVAC system instead of rushing through the visit. He accurately diagnosed the issue, clearly explained that the communication/control board was defective and needed replacement, and provided detailed documentation of his findings. After months of trying to get answers, his expertise finally gave us the information we needed. I truly appreciate his honesty, professionalism, and excellent customer service.
