We put together a short brand video to give DFW homeowners and business owners a better sense of who's actually showing up at their door when they call Spencer Air Conditioning & Heating. It's not a commercial full of stock footage — it's our real team, our real shop at 2928 W Story Rd in Irving, and a look at the history behind a company that's been part of this community since 1960.

Sixty-six years is a long time for any small business to stay in operation, let alone stay family-owned through it. Spencer Air Conditioning & Heating has been serving the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex since 1960, which means we've cooled homes through nearly every major heat wave North Texas has seen, installed systems before modern refrigerants existed, and adapted through decades of changing technology — from window units to today's variable-speed, smart-thermostat-controlled systems.
That longevity isn't an accident. It comes from generations of the same family staying involved in day-to-day operations, training technicians the same way they were trained, and building relationships with customers who call back year after year, sometimes across multiple homes and multiple generations of their own families. As a Carrier factory-authorized dealer, we've also kept pace with the equipment side, so that decades of experience get paired with current technology rather than outdated methods.
